6/23/2020
The most needed skill is getting a mutual agreement to receive 1st party claims and input; in context. That’s because the most valuable skill is to solve problems in collaboration. Building is piece by piece.  The most needed training is in how to build a history of solving specific problems. It’s time and going to an elevated level of handling 1st party complaints and input. Citizen Feedback Being Buried Alive

Image
Regular citizens are having their 1st party claims collected and hidden. And now the demand is for more 1st party claim sharing options. The demands are impacting all tax-payer paid citizen input collections. Also citizens are being blocked from the sharable-information collected. The input blocks include claims from our neighbors and peers. The current policies for handling 1st party input has been self-injurious to citizen organizing. The damage of under-handling the claimed experiences of citizens has decreased the public trust. The mate3.com method is an effort to expand the regulated uses of 1st party input. The methods authorize and construct better handling policies for incoming 1st input. Currently our access to peer input is suspiciously restricted in favor of special interest. Because of those restrictions there is little accountability for incoming real-time input. As a result we’ve been forced to demand input sharing policies. The demanded policies are for lower cost and t…

Measuring Progress 1 By 1

Image
There is no such thing as an all-purpose activist or advocate. The activist role is not to pick another person’s problem to solve; without that person’s cooperation. Mate3.com only measures results by the1st party claimed experiences. Mate3.com doesn’t measure success by corporate decisions, staff training or force of voice. Mate3.com chooses to measure success by the 1st party statements. Mate3.com chooses not to accept subsequent incidents as proof of success for the 1st party. If you tell me your feet hurt, I’ll suggest you go to someone that can help. Later I might ask you if your feet still hurt, or if they’ve gotten better. But I’m not going to ask the doctor that treated your feet, if your feet got better. The one with the hurt feet can praise whom they choose for their solution.

Making Who's Agenda?

Image
There has never been written rules and policies for how and what would go in to making a collective Black agenda. Agenda making in the past left out the 1stparty narratives for the better edited version. The edited version went past the ones impacted and it left the 1stparty with no ownership role. Without the ownership and control there was no reason for the 1stparty to be engaged. An ownership role and method had to be created. So now we realize that we must engage the ones impacted. And we need those that can give a 1stparty witness. To do this we had to start with a method that solved at least a part of the problem. The first part was how do we get fairness and transparency; and have proof. The mutual agreements to have exchange and to receive 1stparty claims is needed at the start. Managing incoming 1stparty claims and input must become a customer service. The service itself is to provide advocacy assistance and problem solving; with follow-up. For the solution to emerge we neede…

A 1st Party Input Collectors Story 2

Jennifer owned a hospice in the neighborhood she was born and interviewed multiple people in the final stage of life. Meeting and forming relationships with the terminally ill, and their families is her passion and occupation. Her access gave her opportunities to capture the 1st party experiences and input thoughts of those in their final stage of life. Over 7 years that gave her a lot of 1st party experiences to organize. When categorized her collection of notes illuminated proofs and documented commonalities. The value of those nuances coming together brought Jennifer a $200K royalty payment. She sold her notes and chronicles to a branded author; mate3.com was her negotiating agent.
Story 1: Prior to the originators class on mate3.com networking Marlin was paid for canvassing residential streets for homes that needed painting. He would take a picture, write down the address, then he would sell the list to a freelance painter. As he was attending the class on mate3.com networking he le…

5 Steps To Take After Know

It could be spiritual, economic, political, or educational. When we become aware and choose to be awake; what's next? (1) Reach out to others for starting or connecting mutual agreements to have exchange; on the subject of concern. You can start with asking the people around you about their 1st party experiences. After you and I know their claimed experiences, evidence, facts or policies; here’s our next step. (2) Let others know that registered collectors are prepared to give rewards for sharing insightful 1st party experiences; to solve problems. The experiences that people share are often important to the truth, research and solution validation. Another part of what we do is change how we’re positioned.Action (3) is being positioned to witness the incoming 1st party claims; on the subject of choice. Another option we have to participate in problem solving is action (4) which is posting individual suggestions to solve problems while encouraging continued input. Our policy of con…
