What happened to you? I bought a puppy from a private owner that had neurological damage, and I later learned the dog really came from an unregulated dog breeding farm.
What would you like to see happen? I want to see puppy sellers need to get a license like a car dealer, so the public can tell the difference between a dealer and private owner bringing a pet into the neighborhood.
How do you think others can help? Help design and promote better policies for breeding, housing and offering pets for sale or gifts.
