What happened to you? I’ve experienced having my voice lessened in a way that has caused me to feel set aside to be discriminated against.
What would you like to see happen? I would like to see one agreement for what we should expect from institutions, in relation to our firsthand experiences.
How do you think others can help? I think that others should recognize the need to have our individual experiences responded to with fair policies that can be audited and changed.
