What happened to you? I selected a lawyer that quickly let me know that he was the trained attorney, and that I should leave the strategy for defense to him. The result was that his strategy would have been more effective and better substantiated had he presented the strategy to the client.
What would you like to see happen? I would like to see more consideration and transparent presentation of intended strategy and the expected outcome, made available to clients.
