I was a victim of bait and switch by the medical insurance agent, secondly by United Health Insurance for tolerating the predatory practices, and thirdly by my elected representatives that have mostly sat on the sideline and can do nothing. What would you like to see happen? I’d like to see options for victims to be made whole and promised medical bill payments being made. How do you think others can help?
