What happened? I bought a $529 product online and sent it back for a refund. 2 days later I got a refund for $50.29, I tried reaching out through the AI Bot to get a human with authority and responsibility to no avail.
What would you like to see happen? I’d like to see victims of online transactions have a singularly focused advocacy and problem-solving policy-set. (2)
