What happened? My air conditioner has not been working for 2 months.
What would you like to see happen? I’d like to see fees paid directly to renters for suffering when essential services are interrupted.
How do you think others can help? I think that each state should reward housing managers that have annual compliance with all expected services being compliant, including uninterrupted air conditioning.
