What happened? I’ve been a victim of suppressed and manipulated votes and 1st party answers many times. Recently I saw a slinky politician moving to regulate citizen answers for engagement to specific topics, questions and options in the name of AI. When something unacceptable happens to an individual it could be an unassigned nuance experience-and it’s then we’ll need help with advocacy. We don’t just need advocacy when a politician or entrepreneur decides it's okay to advocate on some career serving issue-we need help when we need it. Using AI tools to find answers, suggestions and recommendations is a good way to bring AI into serving citizens. But there must be policies in place before we allow politicians and the like to take the lead in the name of what AI is going to do.
What would you like to see happen? I’d like to see regular citizens be organized so we can meet them with full skepticism, resistance and the right demands.
