What happened? I'm very concerned after hearing that my bank has no policies, procedures or solid plans for me to redress a questionable AI-based decision.
What would you like to see happen? I'd like to see one connectible policy-set for what we should do when corporations and institutions have suspicious and discriminating AI-based outcomes.
How do you think others can help? I think others can help by becoming aware of our collective need to have human improvement focused AI. We should be demanding that our firsthand answers and experiences are responded to with fair, organized and transparent policies that can be audited and changed.
