George sent his 3 answers to mate3@mate3.com after he couldn’t get a machine at a local business to work properly, he couldn't get human guidance or his money back. Mate3 networkers assisted George in starting a coalition to advocate for consumers that had losses caused by machine-based errors. A tenet of the coalition is finding who is financially responsible and suing when automated systems malfunction. To date the coalition has brought acceptable remedies to multiple victims without lawsuits.
