What happened? I was baited with one healthcare plan and then switched to another, and now fixing the situation will automatically create a life-threatening gap in my coverage. All their mistakes and shady marketing end up falling on the victim.
What would you like to see happen? I'd like to see a single direct line to an opensource network of receivers willing to offer the most productive actions. Secondly, I'd like to see a victims support fund established.
