What happened? Over my 12 years as a high school counselor, I learned the value of adding the student's stated aspiration in my counseling. The mutual agreement between the student and I can easily be upended without both our stated aspirations as guidelines.
What would you like to see happen? I’d like to see more counselors, advisers and advocates to share their aspirations with the affected person’ to whom they may be informing.
