Consider a Michigan woman who has lived to 99 years of age and is feeble in health, she wanted to renew her very much needed state id and could not. Often, they can provide a specialized renewal process that bypasses the standard requirement for a new photo if the medical necessity is documented. The outcome was that the affected person received the necessary ID, and a new networking group was started to promote early intervention to help other affected and potentially affected people.
