What happened? As a senior and handicapped person, I think it’s abusive and costly for federal and state bureaucrats to layer on the authentications for identification because it shifts the cost and burden of technology upgrades to residents. It puts a burden on the residents, and it is even more irritating when the redress options are turned into obstacles.
What would you like to see happen? I want affected people like me to have better options than relying on a bureaucrat or politician who are not accountable.
How do you think others can help? I think others should support the advocates who are organizing to stop bureaucratic policies that ignore the cost of the changes they inflict.
