Pre-organized, mutually cooperative groups are the only proven foundation for lasting change. Crisis response, rallies, voter drives, and individual action, however well-intentioned has consistently fallen short without the structural backbone of collective organization built before the moment of need. Trauma-driven mobilization produces institutions, not liberation. The communities most affected by systemic oppression cannot afford to keep repeating a cycle that generates careers and organizations instead of power. The cost of remaining unorganized is measured not in missed opportunities, but in generations.
