What happened; I watched a speeding driver skip 3 lanes and back again without a turn signal. The result was a grand mother forced to slam on her brakes causing another driver to hit her in the rear.
What I want to see happen; I want better monitoring and training of individuals engaged in app-based pick-up and deliveries.
How I think others can help; Encourage law makers to require individual vehicle monitoring devices that report to independent monitors.
